Northwoods Restaurant < Now Under New Ownership!
NEW OWNERSHIP AT
NORTHWOODS RESTAURANT!
The foodservice operation at Coyote Run Golf Course — Northwoods Restaurant — is now under new ownership. Effective late May, Steve and Janet Nemitz of Homewood added Northwoods to their list of foodservice businesses, which includes 5th Quarter & Press Room Eatery in Homewood and Shannon’s Landing Irish Pub & Eatery in Lansing.
A new menu has been unveiled at Northwoods, but traditional favorites — such as pot roast, lake perch and walleye — are still being offered. The new menu includes daily specials and lighter fare, plus corned beef and pastrami. Hours of operation will remain seven days per week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In addition to the new menu options, patrons can look forward to increased service standards, said Debbie Kopas, executive director of the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.
“We are looking forward to providing our residents with Steve’s higher level of customer service,” said Kopas. “Golfers will be successfully served on and off the course, and restaurant goers will enjoy a refreshing, new dining experience in central Flossmoor.”
